Vaulted by Prasad ("Vaulted", "we", "us") is a bespoke gifting and experience curation studio based in New Delhi, India, owned and operated by Monal Prasad as a sole proprietorship. This policy explains what personal data we collect through vaultedbyprasad.com and our other channels, how we use it, and your choices.

By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Contact details: name, email address, phone number
Enquiry details: occasion or purpose, relation to the recipient, approximate budget, preferences, likes and dislikes, and any brief for a custom-painted card
Recipient details: name, delivery address, and phone number of the gift recipient, where you provide them for delivery
Communications: messages sent to us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone

Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent, collected through our website host and analytics tools

To curate, personalise, package, and deliver gifts and experiences

To coordinate with vendors, couriers, and venues needed to fulfil your order

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Recipient information

When you share a recipient's details, you confirm you are entitled to do so. We use them only to fulfil your order and do not contact recipients for marketing.

4. Sharing your information

We share personal data only as needed with:

Delivery and courier partners
Vendors, venues, and service providers involved in fulfilling your order (only the details they need)
Service providers who run our operations, including Webflow (website hosting and forms), Razorpay (payments), Google (email and business tools), and Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram)
Authorities, where required by law

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil your order, respond to you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not result in an order are deleted after 12 months.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies necessary for it to function and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website may link to Instagram, WhatsApp, or other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

12. Damaged or defective items

Every order is quality-checked and packed by hand before it leaves us. If anything arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 95604 80294) or at hello@vaultedbyprasad.com, with photos of the item and its packaging.
Once verified, we will replace the affected item at no cost or, where a replacement is not possible, refund the value of that item.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
For corporate orders, damaged or defective units are replaced or credited at no additional cost.

As every gift is curated and personalised, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, or for personalised elements such as letters, envelopes and custom artwork, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Preserved flowers are natural materials; slight variations in colour and form are part of their character and are not considered defects.
